The Baker Twins in Smallville

Wow, has it really been three weeks since we have written in our journal? Well, let us tell you, lots has been happening! We both landed a role in the Warner Brothers television show Smallville. The filming starts tomorrow, you will be able to see us in Season Five, Episode number 17. We aren’t allowed to say what the episode is about, but, we can say we play Spanish Speaking girls in the show. 

As for modeling, we are starting to book modeling jobs for this year. We are already getting modeling bookings for jobs six months from now! Luckily for us, it seems that most companies like to book a few months ahead which is great for us considering that we can start penciling in jobs into our new 2006 agendas. It has been a little slow this month for modeling, but, we are expecting things to pick up in February.

The National Aboriginal Achievement Awards was last Friday! Congratulations to the Award Winners of 2006! It really is wonderful to see First Nations people being recognized for their immense accomplishments!

We had a blast at the Achievement Awards after party. We were able to see some great performers at the event. Feel free to check out a few pictures from the party.

Anyway, that is it for now! We have to get some shut eye! Our call time is pretty early tomorrow morning so we had better get some sleep! (I guess we had better mention that we are writing this journal entry at night).

Excited to start this new year!

Well, we are back in Vancouver! We arrived late last night! We are excited to be back in this city to start this year! We are looking forward to start modeling again. We are especially looking forward to auditioning for new roles for acting! This year we are also venturing more into creating our own music! 

Oh yeah, it turns out we are in another magazine this month, aside from UMM Magazine. We are not exactly sure what the magazine is called, but, a few of our friends said they saw us in a magazine that someone had! We have done so many ads this past 2005 that we aren’t exactly sure what magazine they are talking about, so, keep your eyes peeled and email us and let us know which magazine it is so that we could post it!

Also, we have to thank those of you that have written us over the Holidays! After receiving many requests for some sort of message board, our web designer Terry is currently working on creating one!

Anyway, that is it for now! We will be updating our journal more frequently now that we are back in the city! Adios!
