I was given advice by a friend that Shauna and I have to start blogging a lot more! So, I am going to definitely be following the advice!
I now live in L.A. and I absolutely LOVE it here! It seems that everything just seems to be falling into place. My second week here I landed a feature film called ‘Hopelessly in June‘. Then a few days later I booked a Kylie Minogue music video. And then soon after that I booked a Snoop Dog Music video.
Shauna and I have a meeting coming up with one of the biggest director’s in Hollywood. I’m not allowed to release specific details. And believe me, I want to so bad, just know that if everything works out this will literally change our lives.
The Law of Attraction works people! Shauna and I talk about the Law of Attraction in our workshops. Just believing does wonders. It really does!
I feel as though I am saying “I” a lot in this blog. I guess it is because I’m updating all of you on the past few months. A lot has been happening. And, if I was a good blogger I wouldn’t have to explain all of this in the first place! lol
I landed a Shakespearean play called “Othello”. I was casted as Desdemona. So, it looks as though I may have to make a move to Seattle in October and November. I am SO excited! My very first play will be Shakespeare! I am also looking forward to working with Robert Guthrie who will be playing ‘Iago’.
Shauna and I also have a new Manager, Robert Amatruda. I wasn’t actively seeking a Manager when I found him. I was introduced to him by a friend. And we clicked! For you twilight fans, he actually started Kristen Stewart’s career.
I am currently training with the acting guru, Eric Morris. I am SO excited about this! I read one of his books ages ago and completely forgot! I audited his class and he gave me one of his books to read. It wasn’t until later on that day, when I turned the book over, I saw his face and recognized him! He is a lot older than his picture on his book so I didn’t recognize him. I am really excited about working with him this summer.
Acting has really my life and Shauna’s life lately. I don’t know if you all noticed but Shauna and I stopped pursuing twin roles this past year. We also got separate acting agents. Mainly because we wanted people to know that we are talented as individuals. And now that we are booking work as individuals we feel it is time that we can start going for twin roles again. I am very excited about this! I’ll be looking forward to working with Shauna again!
Living in L.A. has been very exciting! I kept on putting it off. I applied for my Social Security card through the Jay Treaty and two weeks later I got my card! I was SO happy! But, it was also scary because I promised myself as soon as I got the card I would pick up and move. And, that is what I did. I just wasn’t expecting to get the card so soon! I miss Jonathan, my family, my other family (Carter Family & Charlie), and my friends. I am trying to convince Shauna to move here sooner than later. So, hopefully my partner in crime will move here soon.
